Annual travel insurance may save you €40-50 off assuming you don't have some already. (Would you even make back the monthly fee at the moment?)I think whether or not you make the monthly fee back depends on how many of the 'benefits' are relevant to you. They have the beginnings of a good card, but a bit to go before it's worth it. If it included ihe lounges at LHR and JFK it would help. Only advantage is being able to bring wife through fast pass etc. No real benefit if you have status (those flights are nearly useless, EU flights are mainly taxes and charges which you still have to pay and there is a convoluted booking method). If it can be combined with SuperValu it would help (but that's still just 1 point per €10).
